At night, it’s important that you prep your hair for the next day so that you wake up with well-moisturized hair that’s easy to manage and will have your curls looking right! Nobody wants to start off the day with dry curls, girl!

Either is necessary (or both if you’re feeling fancy)  to help keep the moisture that you just applied, intact. Plus they help to:

  • Protect from breakage
  • Keep your style in place for the next day

Full or Mini Pineapples

Pineapple-ing your hair before bed is a super-easy way to put up your curls and keep them secured throughout the night. Most people like to throw their hair up on the top of their crown into a loose ponytail holder and wrap scarf, throw on a bonnet or simply sleep on their satin pillowcase. If your hair is shorter and can’t exactly fit into a full pineapple, do mini pineapples! Section your hair into 3-4 sections and make smaller pineapples to preserve your style.
